Why Connect Offline & Online?
Running a physical retail counter and an online store on separate spreadsheets inevitably leads to overselling: selling the last item in-store while an online shopper purchases it simultaneously. Munim POS eliminates this completely.
Setting Up WooCommerce Integration
Go to WooCommerce → Settings:
- Enter your WooCommerce website URL (e.g.
https://yourstore.com). - Paste your WooCommerce Consumer Key and Consumer Secret (generated in WordPress under WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API).
- Select which physical location inventory to synchronize with your online website.
- Click Test Connection & Save.
1-Click Product & Inventory Sync
- Sync Products: Pushes product titles, descriptions, categories, images, MRP, and prices to your online store with 1 click.
- Real-time Stock Updates: Every counter sale at your physical POS terminal immediately updates the WooCommerce stock quantity via background webhook.
- Online Order Processing: When an online customer places an order on your website, it appears directly inside Munim POS under Online Orders. Cashiers can click Pack & Ship to print thermal dispatch slips.
